PegaWORLD 2007 Hotel Accommodations and Deadlines

Pegasystems has secured a block of rooms at the rate of $209 per night plus applicable taxes. Guest room rate is exclusive of applicable taxes, which are currently subject to Florida’s 6.5% sales tax and a 6% City Bed Tax for a total of 12.5% guest room taxes (subject to change without notice). Must be 21 years of age or older for single occupancy. For double or more occupancy, there must be at least one person 21 years of age or over per room. Extra person charge above double occupancy is $25.00 per night. Children under 18 years of age stay free in their parent’s room using existing bedding. Roll-a-way beds are $25.00 per night.

Your conference registration fee does not include accommodations. You must make your reservations by Friday, October 5, 2007 at 6 pm EDT. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted based on availability at the group rate. All reservations not guaranteed by advance deposit or appropriate credit card guarantee are subject to cancellation.

Subject to availability, the Hotel is offering the group rate three (3) days before and three (3) days after the conference; provided such reservations are guaranteed to the Hotel and are subject to applicable cancellation policies.

Pegasystems is also pleased to offer a travel discount with American Airlines and Air Tran for attendees. The American Airlines discount is 10% for North America and 5% for international attendees. The Air Tran discount is 10%.

Airport Ground Transportation

Ground transportation options are available for transfers between the airport and hotel:

• Taxis are located outside baggage claim and are available throughout the day without reservations.
